1. Set Client's Objectives and Job Description
- Understand Client's business and requirements.
- Understand client's culture and environment.
- Determine with client on the profile of the candidates, compensation plan, reporting structure, specifications and responsibilities.
2. Research, search and screening of Candidates
- Commence search through our in-house state-of-the-art computerized database and network of contacts.
- Identify short-listed potential candidates.
- Interviews of candidates by qualified and experienced Consultants.
- Present reports on final short-listed candidates to clients for review.
3. Client's Interview
- Co-ordinate and facilitate interviews between client and candidates.
- Review feedback with client and candidate.
4. Selection
- Arrange and co-ordinate interviews of the short-listed finalist to be interviewed.
- Discussion and feedback.
- Negotiation of compensation package and plan.
- Prepare Offer Letter to candidate by client to the successful candidate.
- Follow-up.
