1. Set Client's Objectives and Job Description

    • Understand Client's business and requirements.
    • Understand client's culture and environment.
    • Determine with client on the profile of the candidates, compensation plan, reporting structure, specifications and responsibilities.

2. Research, search and screening of Candidates

    • Commence search through our in-house state-of-the-art computerized database and network of contacts.
    • Identify short-listed potential candidates.
    • Interviews of candidates by qualified and experienced Consultants.
    • Present reports on final short-listed candidates to clients for review.

3. Client's Interview

    • Co-ordinate and facilitate interviews between client and candidates.
    • Review feedback with client and candidate.

4. Selection

    • Arrange and co-ordinate interviews of the short-listed finalist to be interviewed.
    • Discussion and feedback.
    • Negotiation of compensation package and plan.
    • Prepare Offer Letter to candidate by client to the successful candidate.
    • Follow-up.
